While all visitors are welcome to browse, relax, read, and use computers and wifi,  a library card allows you to access additional services:

How to get a Library Card

Library Cards are FREE to Clinton, Essex, and Franklin County residents and property owners. Please have valid identification and proof of residence when applying for a Library Card. Our library cards are accepted at all libraries in the Clinton, Essex, and Franklin Library System!

If an item is lost or damaged while it’s checked out, you are responsible for the replacement cost. Please contact us so we can figure out the cost. We understand that accidents happen even when you’re careful.

Printing, Copying, and Other Services

The library offers printing, copying, laminating, scanning, and fax services. Below is the table of fees.

In addition to in-person computer use, patrons can also arrange to have a document printed, copied, faxed, or laminated by calling or emailing the library at 518.359.9421 or goffnelsonrequests@gmail.com.
